Teach Me The Ropes is a fantastic contemporary romance by Vanessa Vale. Ms. Vale has provided readers with a well-written story and furnished it with phenomenal characters. Kelsey is new in town and at her preschool teacher job. Sawyer is the fire chief and Kelsey dropped him with a knee when she thought he was out of line. Sawyer and Kelsey's story is full of drama, laugh-out-loud humor, sizzle, action and suspense. I loved reading this book and look forward to my next book by Vanessa Vale

ARC for honest review with no compensation 4.5 stars received from Valentine PR Teach Me the Ropes is book 1 in the new series Bachelor auction by Vanessa Vale. A steamy, hot cowboy/fire chief in small town Montana looking for love! Up first is Sawyer Manning, the oldest of three hot, sexy, cowboys and the ladies swoon. Sawyer has been down the road of women just wanting him for his money..he wants someone to want him. When he sees Kelsey, the preschool teacher when he picks up his niece, Claire he knows he needs to learns more about her...sparks fly, but his pick up line puts him on the ground..lol... Bachelor auction, hot steamy romance, little suspense and chemistry off the charts! Can’t wait for the next book in this series!

There was so much to love about this book that I almost don't know where to start! How about with the elements of comedy that kept me laughing from beginning to end? Or maybe with the steamy chemistry between the characters? Or what about the crazy surprises the author threw in there to keep us on our toes? And the whole bachelor auction thing? Genius! Add in the insta-love that I adore, and this book has everything I love and so much more! He's the hometown boy that grew up to be the fire chief. She's the new to town nursery school teacher that has a past that taught her to be wary of the promises men make.... the hard way! She's trying to put her life back together, but it seems the cards are stacked against her and nothing ever goes her way. He knows what he wants and is determined to make her his, no matter the cost. This book was soooo good, and I expect the other books will be just as amazing! I love series by this author because each book plays right into the next, but they can each stand on their own just as well. This book had laughs, tears, surprises and love. Everything you need in a romance! Definitely one you will want to pick up ASAP!!!!
