East and Ella could not be any different. He is a billionaire and she is scraping to get by. Working full time and a full time student for her degree in sociology, hoping to go to grad school. East never felt about any woman what he is starting to feel about Ella. Since he never knew love he doesn't recognize it when it happens. They are truly perfect for each other; healing each other and never realizing it. He is finding it hard to stay away. He misses her when he is not with her and enjoys spending time with her even outside the bedroom. Everything he has fought against he now craves with Ella. Ella never has time for anything else besides school and work. She has a full scholarship she worked so hard for and she will not let anything or anyone come between her dreams. She wants to become a social worker to help children in the system. Something she never felt she had. She is not looking for a relationship but the more time she spends with East she starts to change how she feels. She knows all the risks of getting involved with a professor but wonders if it's worth the reward of being with East. Will she sacrifice her dreams in the hopes of having something she never knew and never had growing up. Someone who will protect her, love her, whatever that means, and always keep her safe.

Right from the first sentence I was already laughing and almost spit out my food. I was at lunch so imagine how that was going. Right from when East and Ella meet there are sparks. West and East’s relationship is fun and I loved seeing that and the comparison to Cinderella was hilarious. Their chemistry is off the charts and I loved how they meet and progress. There’s still some drama and danger from outside sources. We didn’t get more information on Macon and his secrets but I’m hoping we get closure with West’s story.
