Not For Me
Other reviews had stated how funny the story was, but, while I found the humor cute the story wasn’t packed with it. The romance between the two characters was agonizingly slow. Great for some readers but I like a faster paced romance and a lot more humor.
Enjoyed the book
Enjoyed the book, it is like a comedy of errors on steroids when you throw Goldie, Velma and Esther into the mix. Caught up in their plotting are Daphne and JT who they have decided belong together. Also there is a road trip that sounded like Chevy Chase’s National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation that also included George, the gnome, and the cat from hell. Over 2/3 of the book is hilarious with very little romance and as the book progresses Daphne decides to stay in one place long enough to see if she and JT might have a future. The book is a great read and I would recommend it.
